Regulations – Loyalty card

1. Discounts available for the Loyalty card cannot be combined with other promotions.

2. The Loyalty card cards are issued to customers who visit us at least twice.

3. 3 types of cards are issued:

• after exceeding PLN 2000 (with total booking sum) and minimum 2 stays, the customer receives a SILVER CARD, entitling to 5% discount for the stay and services
• after exceeding PLN 5000 (with total booking sum) and minimum 2 stays, the customer receives a GOLD CARD, entitling to 10% discount for the stay and services
• after exceeding PLN 10000 (with total booking sum) and minimum 5 stays, the customer receives a VIP CARD,  entitling to 20% discount for the stay and services

4. The “gold” or “VIP” cards are awarded upon return of the “silver card” or “gold card”.

5. Each card is assigned to an individual customer, who is the sole person authorized to use the card.

6. The discount is granted for bookings made via our website or telephone.

7. In order to receive a discount for additional services, the card must be shown before the bill is issued.
